Facebook, Instagram and Youtube accounts of Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat launched
Social media is a platform that helps its users to connect, share and give information with each other. The importance of social media cannot be ignored since it plays a very vital role in our lives today. It also helps us to use communication links to promote mutual ties and assist each other. In the last few years, social media has grown tremendously at an unexpectedly fast rate and has captured millions of users around the world. During recent awareness seminar of Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, the Honourable President Dr. Arif Alvi emphasized to use social media tools to enhance awareness of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat working for the people. The Steering Committee on Media of WMS deliberated in depth and recommended to launch, the pages of Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat on different social media sites to extend the access of this organization to greater segments of the society. On the direction of Honourable Ombudsman WMS accounts on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube have been launched and are being operated on daily basis to disseminate latest information. Now the users cannot only easily access to know the procedure of filing of complaint but also download the copies of decision of his case from the website.
